Julian Rose – Co-Founder
Julian has over 30 years of experience in a variety of roles across primary education in schools and local authorities, spending the last ten years as head of a rural primary school, where the realities of school funding issues made their mark.
He has worked as a teacher in a number of primary schools on the south coast, later joining the Local Authority Advisory service serving as a literacy consultant, English adviser, and latterly senior adviser with responsibility for curriculum.
Since 2010 he has devoted his career to a medium-sized rural school, building a strong reputation for maintaining high-quality, child-centred learning where families and the community are both driving and supportive allies. Julian has now retired from school and focusing his efforts on TAC Access.
