TAC Access training
Our training provides the support that professionals working with children and young people need in order to carry out their roles most successfully. Crucially, it is also concerned with ensuring that everyone’s mental health and wellbeing are properly safeguarded at all times.

Counsellors, social workers and health sector workers have long been entitled to regular supervision with a professional partner. Currently TAC Access is one of only a handful of BACP authorised organisations to offer their supervision training. This highly structured and responsive framework enables you to process effectively the range of emotions and concerns that can be generated when supporting children, young people and their families.
This training package is designed to be delivered with a group of up to 18 individuals at a time. They may all work in the same organisation or may be from a group of settings, for example. Over two days our trainers will introduce colleagues to the theory and practical application of supervision, using a model that enables peers within individual organisations to also support one another.
